Returns & Exchanges
If your jewelry does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.
What We Offer
- 48-Hour Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
- 30-Day Exchange Window: Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Simple Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved and a new design is selected, the exchange process will begin promptly.
- Full Refund: Approved returns qualify for a refund of the full purchase amount after the returned item has been inspected.
- Free Return Shipping (USA & Canada Only): Customers in the United States and Canada will receive a prepaid return shipping label after their return request has been approved.
- Eligible Countries: Returns and exchanges are accepted for orders delivered to the United States, Canada, India, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email info@zevardiamonds.com with your order number and specify whether you would like a return or an exchange.
Step 2: Review & Approval
Our customer support team will review your request and provide further instructions if approved.
Step 3: Inspection & Resolution
Once the item is received and inspected:
- Exchange requests will be processed after the replacement design has been confirmed.
- Refunds will be issued within 5–12 business days to the original payment method.
Important Conditions
- Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item must be reported within 3 days of delivery and supported with clear photographs.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused, and sent back in their original packaging, including any accompanying IGI or GIA certificates.
- Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request, with a maximum of two requests per customer per calendar year.
- If a prepaid return label is issued, the item must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the label; otherwise, the request may be canceled.
- All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to approval by Zevar Diamonds.
Complimentary Resizing & Repair Assistance
Free Ring Resizing
Customers worldwide may claim reimbursement of up to $50 for one resizing service completed within 30 days of delivery.
Minor Repair Reimbursement
For minor repairs completed within 30 days of delivery, Zevar Diamonds offers reimbursement of up to $100.
Customers may visit a local jeweler of their choice for resizing or minor repairs. Pickup services and in-house repair facilities are not available.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet commenced.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Duty-Free Destinations
Orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and Hong Kong are delivered without additional customs duties or import tariffs.
Other Countries
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities. Refusal to pay these charges may result in the order becoming ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Custom-designed or made-to-order jewelry
- Engraved or personalized products
Fair Usage Policy
To prevent misuse of this policy, Zevar Diamonds reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests in cases of excessive returns, suspicious activity, or abuse of the policy.
All decisions regarding eligibility for returns, refunds, and exchanges are made solely at the discretion of Zevar Diamonds.
Zevar Diamonds reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
