Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7–10 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
  • If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, our team will contact you via email or phone with an update.
  • All shipments are fully insured and handled by trusted international carriers, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and USPS.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and do not include production or crafting time for customized rings and fine jewelry pieces.
  • While we partner with world-class shipping carriers, certain regions, particularly within the European Union, may experience customs or logistics-related delays of approximately 3–7 additional business days.
  • For orders valued up to US500, a flat shipping fee of US30 may apply in selected countries.
  • For certain destinations with higher shipping costs, orders valued up to US999 may incur a shipping fee of US50.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
  • The email will include your tracking number and instructions for monitoring your package throughout its journey.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Duty-Free Destinations

Customers in India, Hong Kong, and Dubai (UAE) are not required to pay customs duties or import taxes on their orders.

Other Destinations

  • Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Zevar Diamonds is not responsible for charges applied during or after the shipment process.
  • While the majority of orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, or severe weather conditions. Such delays are outside our control.

Important Notice Regarding Customs Refusal

If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes and the shipment is held by customs authorities, the order will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 During transit, if the buyer refuses to pay duties and the parcel is not released by customs, we cannot provide any kind of refund. This is because in international shipping, unclaimed parcels are not returned and are often destroyed by the customs authority.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Every order shipped by Zevar Diamonds is fully insured during transit.

If your package is confirmed lost while in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution. Eligible lost shipments may qualify for a full refund or replacement.
